If you change your mind, you can return a toy within 14 days of the day it was delivered.

Conditions

  • The toy is unused and unopened, in its original sealed packaging.
  • You tell us within 14 days of delivery.
  • You have your order number.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will replace it or refund you. These items do not need to be unopened.

How to return something

  • Send us a message through the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
  • We will reply with how to send it back or when it will be collected.
  • Once we have received and checked the item, we will arrange your refund or replacement with you.

What cannot be returned

Toys that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, faulty or were not what you ordered.
